Do you have books to publish? Boitoi definitely is the most exciting platform for you.
It's very easy. Please send an email to support@boitoi.com.bd mentioning the number of books you want to publish, names of the few popular books, your phone number etc. We'll then contact with you.

From October 2022, there's 500 Taka charge applicable for the first book of an author. This amount will be fully refunded along with the earned revenue when the revenue of that book reaches 1000 Taka. From 2nd books, publishing is completely free.
It depends based on the following factors: 1. Number of books. 2. Popularity of the publisher/author. 3. Exclusivity. Please contact us to know more.
Of course. But we request you to keep the price as low as possible to help digital publishing popular in our country. You can even publish books that are free on Boitoi. There's no charge for that too.
Our publishing format is like ePub but with own customisation. We call it RDMK format.
But you can just share the doc/docx/pdf/epub document and we'll convert it to our format.
You'll retain the copyright of the book. However, we'll retain the ownership of the eBook material which is published on Boitoi. It means, you cannot ask us for the unencrypted eBook material for your book, nothing else.
All payments from Boitoi are distribute through account payee cheques.
After you publish on Boitoi, we'll provide with you information to login to a online portal where you can see your earnings, how your books are selling etc in real-time.

File copying: Our eBooks can be copied to other phones but cannot be read on the other phone without buying it on that phone. Copying is great because it allows to save data and this is important in rural areas.

Text copying: To protect against fraud, we have a limit on how much text users can copy.

Encryption: All books on Boitoi are encrypted. Decryption keys are different for each user and book. In fact, if you download a book twice you'll get 2 different decryption keys. Even if someone can find out the encryption key, it's still unusable in any other device because of our proprietary security measures.

Screenshot: We believe that screenshots are a good way to share stuff with people. We allow 3 screenshots per day to share favourite parts of a book with other people or on social media.

Device limit: To protect against sharing user account among large number of people, we allow reading eBooks on 3 devices per account. Nowadays, a lot of people have multiple phones. Also this number helps to quickly start reading after losing a phone.

Limited Time Offer: If you want to distribute a book for free but only for a limited time, we can do time limited encryption too. After the time period, the decryption key does not work unless the user buys it.

You can request for a direct link to your publisher/author profile when you have 20 or more books on Boitoi. The direct link can automatically open the profile on the app when clicked on. The direct link format is like
Yes, of course! Just login to the app with the same phone number that you use to login to the publisher portal.
We're always interested in promoting books with Promo code or cashback. Please send an email to support@boitoi.com.bd or our Facebook page to get a promo code for your books. Please mention the code, discount amount, validity, applicable books etc in the message.

Our promo code has few interesting features:
  • It can be applied to all of your books or all books in specific genre or all books under a specific author or a specific book.
  • You can decide how many times one user can redeem the code.
  • You can decide overall how many times this code can be redeemed. You can arrange a competition or provide courtesy copy to friends using this feature.
  • You can decide a start date and an end date.
  • It can be a cashback offer also.
  • You can provide a picture with it.
  • Discount amount can be a percentage or a flat amount.
