I'm not getting my OTP

Ridmik can send OTP to all most all the countries but depending your country and cellular network you may fail to get an OTP from us.
If you're living outside Bangladesh and trying to login but not getting the OTP. Please type your email address in an SMS and send it to the following number*.

+46-7694-39999 (From any other country)

An account will be created instantly and you'll receive a password in your email. Then you can login using the password and your phone number in any of the Ridmik apps. You can easily change the password after login. To login using the password please tap on "Use password to login" on the login screen. Please do not type anything else in the SMS, only your email address.
